Law firm websites that Google can index and AI assistants can quote.
People choose a lawyer after reading. They search the charge or the problem, compare two or three firms, and more and more of them ask ChatGPT who to call. We build law firm websites with a page for every practice area, written within the Law Society's marketing rules, so each one can be found and quoted.

Is your firm in answers like these?
Run the free checkWhy generic law firm websites underperform.
One long page covers every practice area, so no single page answers the question someone typed.
Lawyer bios are a line and a photo, with no year of call, courts or areas of practice.
Results and media appearances sit in a slider that a search engine skims and an assistant ignores.
Words like "specialist" or "best" that the Law Society's rules do not allow.
The consultation form is buried, breaks on a phone, or asks for too much.
No analytics or Search Console, so nobody knows which pages bring enquiries.
What the site has to include. And why each part is there.
A page per practice area
Assault, impaired driving, separation, a real estate closing: each gets its own heading, plain explanation and address, because that is what gets indexed and quoted.
Lawyer pages with substance
Year of call, courts, areas of practice and a real photo. The firm page sells the firm; the lawyer page answers searches for the lawyer's name.
Proof an assistant can read
Results, published decisions and media appearances on pages of their own, in text, where a search engine and an assistant can read them.
A consultation path that works on a phone
A short form and a clear next step on every practice page, tested on a real phone before launch.
Structured data that matches the page
LegalService, Person and FAQ markup that says what the page says, so a search engine reads the firm the way a client would.
Rules that shape the copy.We write within them, not around them.
- Rule 4.2-1: a lawyer may market legal services only if the marketing is demonstrably true, accurate and verifiable, and not misleading, confusing or deceptive. lso.ca
- Rule 4.3-1: a lawyer shall not advertise as a specialist in a specified field unless the Law Society has certified them as one. lso.ca
How a law firm gets named by Google and AI.What we build toward, step by step.
01
A page for every question
Each practice area and each common charge or matter gets its own page, so there is a specific page for a search engine to rank and an assistant to cite.
02
The firm described the same way everywhere
Name, address, practice areas and lawyers match across the website, the Law Society directory and legal directories, so an assistant can be sure it has the right firm.
03
Proof written out in text
Results, decisions and media appearances written out on the page, because an assistant quotes what it can read and skips what sits inside an image.
04
Measured every month
A fixed panel of client questions put to ChatGPT and Google each month, with the date and the answer recorded, so you can see whether the firm is moving.

Law firms: common questions.
Can a law firm website say we are the best?
Not in a way that breaks Rule 4.2-1. The Law Society requires marketing to be demonstrably true, accurate and verifiable, so we write claims that can be checked, such as courts, published results and years in practice, instead of superlatives.
Can we call ourselves specialists?
Only lawyers certified as specialists by the Law Society of Ontario may advertise as specialists (Rule 4.3-1). If you are certified, we say so and name the certification; if not, we describe the practice without the word.
Should every lawyer have their own page?
Yes, for most firms. People search a lawyer's name after a referral, and a page with the year of call, courts and practice areas answers that search far better than one line on a team page.
How many pages does a law firm website need?
One for each practice area you want to be found for, one per lawyer, and the pages every site needs. Our website build covers up to fifteen pages from $5,000; larger scopes, like Robb MacDonald's eighty-seven pages, are quoted separately.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend our firm?
No. Nobody can guarantee what an assistant says. We measure it instead: a standing panel of prompts checked every month, with the tool, the date and the result recorded, so you can see whether your firm is moving.
