Technical SEO: the part of the site only a machine reads.
A page can say the right thing and still not be read. We make sure every page is fast, indexable, marked up with structured data that matches its words, and reported in Search Console, so what you wrote is what Google and an assistant actually see.

What you get.
Included in every Website build, $5,000 once, fixed price.
Structured data that matches the page
Organization, service, area served, breadcrumb and FAQ markup that says what the visible page says. We run the same check on our own site before every deploy.
Fast, static pages
Plain HTML and images sized to the screen, with no page builder or plugins, so pages open quickly on a phone.
Clean indexing
One canonical address per page, a sitemap that lists every page and nothing else, redirects for anything moved, and no duplicate URLs for the same post.
Search Console, wired and read
Set up on launch, with the sitemap submitted. We watch it for a month after launch and fix anything that slips while it is still small.
Who it is for.
And who it is not.
For
- Firms whose site looks fine but does not appear for its own services
- Sites built on a page builder that has grown slow
- Anyone whose Search Console shows pages excluded or duplicated
Not for
- A one-off fix on a site we did not build; technical SEO comes with a Website build
- Anyone expecting a ranking from markup alone; it makes good pages readable, it does not replace them
How a build runs.
A written scope
Up to 15 pages at a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts.
Before we startWords, then design
You read and approve the words before the design, then the design before launch.
About three weeksLaunch
Your old site stays up until the new one is ready, and every old address is redirected.

Robb MacDonald Criminal Defence
A new site with a page for each practice area and each city he serves. Live since August 2026.

CP Crane & Rigging
A page that didn't fit a phone screen became a site built around how a contractor books a lift, with a page for each crane type.
Technical SEO: common questions.
Do I need structured data?
Yes. A search engine or an assistant that cannot check your services, prices and area has to guess. Markup that matches the page removes the guessing, and markup that does not match is ignored.
How fast is fast enough?
A page should paint on a mid-range phone on a cellular connection in under two seconds. Our own pages are static HTML with sized images, and every client build ships the same way.
Is technical SEO a separate service?
Not from us. It is part of every build and checked monthly inside the program. This page exists so you know what is included and what we mean by it.
