Work / Yarex Renovation
A renovation brand, and a site with a page for every job.
Yarex renovates kitchens, bathrooms, basements, condos and whole homes from Etobicoke, and runs a 24/7 water, mould and fire restoration division alongside it. The brand as well as the build: a new wordmark and type, then a site structured so that every service and every city it serves can be found on its own. A website project, with no ongoing program.

What we built.A brand, then a structure to hang it on.
Two jobs in one project. The identity had to hold up on a truck door and a phone screen. The site had to give a search engine and an assistant something specific to quote.
Brand
A wordmark, a type system, and one line to lead with.
The site opens on the promise the company actually makes: We know what fails. We build what lasts. Restoration work is what teaches you that, so it leads the renovation offer rather than hiding behind it.
Structure
A page per service. A page per city.
Ten services, from kitchen and basement work to fire restoration and mould remediation, each on its own page. Eleven cities across the GTA, each on its own page. Forty-four pages in all, every one of them in the sitemap.
Readability
Marked up for machines, and open to the ones that matter.
Business, service, breadcrumb and FAQ data on the pages that warrant it, so an assistant reads a structured answer rather than guessing. The robots file names GPTBot, ClaudeBot and PerplexityBot and lets them in.
