Locally Visible is my web design and search visibility business. I built the sites in the work section and I do the monthly work myself. No account manager, no hand-off. When you email, you get the person who wrote your pages.

Every page is written before it is designed, and you approve both. Nothing ships that you have not read.
During the build
Your old site stays up.
The new one is built beside it and switched over in one move, with redirects for every old address.
