What does "founding-client rate" mean and does it expire?+
If you're one of the first 10 Concierge clients, you pay $997/mo — grandfathered as long as you stay. It does not expire after 12 months. Only new clients who sign up after the 10th founding slot fills will pay the standard $1,997/mo rate. Your rate never jumps, even if you stay for years.
Is there a contract or minimum term?+
You commit to 3 months (so we have time to make the guarantee real). After month 3, it's month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days notice.
Do I need to do the audit first?+
No — you can go straight to Concierge. If you do the audit first, the $497 credits fully to your first month, so it costs nothing extra. Most founding clients start with the audit so we both know exactly what we're working with.
What happens if I'm not cited by day 90?+
